I opened up a new account with them yesterday, and I can already tell I made a mistake. Deposited a check that I needed and they put a 10 day hold on it. I called and they had a very nonchalant attitude about. Now I'm just stuck like chuck. Thanks chase 👍

Can you give negative stars? Chase Bank is a bunch of crooks. They want to charge you $10.00 to cash a check they issued of you don't have an account and won't let you open an account to cash the check. This bank is one of the reasons their should not be banks!!!! Don't bank here!!!!!!

They don’t seem to want to open new accounts. Nobody answers the phone when you call and we came in person they said no one’s available to open new business accounts Saturdays, we ask to make an appointment they promised a call back on Monday and also assured us we can walk in. We drive all the way back there after we didn’t receive a call back and when we arrived they say they’re booked and we should make an appointment. After talking to what seemed like the manager she showed no sympathy and just “ok” when we said we would go to another bank.
