Jane from Tennessee from the credit card processing department was so helpful!!! No one else was willing to help me!!! Thank you so much for making my day!! A company I purchased through, went out of business and denied money back, or to ship paid for merchandise and my online only let me file a couple disputes and said I must call. Everyone else told me I had to do it online. Jane took the time to help me, even though it is a repetitive annoying process!!! Amazing employee!!!

This place has got to have some of the most rudest employees possible. Absolutely horrendous! Retail workers are more pleasant than these people I mean it’s ridiculous. No hello, goodbye. The guy working in front looked like he despised his job and did not smile not even once. I came in to exchange currency and he didn’t even listen to what I wanted and assumed I wanted cash in dollars. Unfortunately I will have to go back to receive my actual currency but never will I come back to this place of a bank. The manager didn’t even acknowledge me when I was speaking with her.

I went to Bank of America to do a new account with them, and I met mr. Ramy Farag he is a relationship banker. He was helping me to do the account he was so kind and friendly, I would like to thank him for all the help he did for me. Also I would like to recommend all my friends to go to him because he is so nice talking and helping people

The staff at this bank has to be the rudest Bank staff I've ever seen. They have no reason to have attitudes. All people are trying to do is get their money situated, and get out and they're smart comments and eye rolling makes it a terrible customer service experience. It's one of the reasons why I will never bank with Bank of america. I will say there is one young lady there with a bun that sits at the business tell her booth and she actually has a smile on her face most of the time. And tries to be courteous. But she notices her co-workers attitudes as well.
