The rooms are super clean, as is the rest of the place! Huge shout out to Chris at Breakfast, Gloria for Dinner, and Diego, the Children's activities' guy, and Derek Vance, who rounds up everything! The only reason this place gets four stars is because of under-staffing; please get these awesome people some extra hands to help as the place was slamming and it wasn't even NH spring break yet. Or if not extra hands, then a raise because dang they (and hospitality staff) went above and beyond for us. Cheers!

The hotel is an older hotel that has been updated to be modern. While not a luxury hotel its clean and comfortable. Had a mountain view room with a balcony, no microwave in room but decent sized fridge. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was exceptional, the coffee is one of the best I've ever had and is served buffet style with fresh waffles and omelets made to order. Kahuna Laguna is a nice little park, while seating is scarce they have locker rooms and food on site, mutiple levels of play area for all ages and it was clean and inviting. They also have children's activities every hour in the hotel! Arcade is small and more suitable for teens than younger children. What set this visit apart from others is the GM Derek is amazing. He checked me in with a smile and explained everything to me. He also was serving breakfast and he is super kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing place to bring our 6 and 7 year olds, they had a blast in the water park. Only downside is I wish we planned for a summer visit because the water was way too cold for me (but doesn't really matter because it was for the kids, but would have been nice to swim with them more) staff was all super nice and helpful everywhere, So was housekeeping. Breakfast & the pizza place was amazing as well. Rooms were perfect size, clean and beautiful views. Highly recommend!!!

For the price of the stay we expected a lot more with the water park. It is a lot smaller then expected. We have stayed at great wolf lodge and it’s twice the size, not to mention more to do. The fact that you can only use the water park from check in to check out is not that much time. And if you use water park before checking in then you can’t use it the next day. The there is the room. The room we were in was nice. But the noise level from all around was crazy. You can hear people crystal clear above you and beside you and obviously in the hallway. Then the door had a decent gap on the bottom of it. Big enough to fit my fingers through and show in the hallway. The heat apparently wasn’t working either. We didn’t find that out until we woke up the next morning. Overall it was a decent stay but definitely not worth the money or the hype that I have heard. We won’t be coming back.

Yes for birthday specials. Not sure about arcades.
Yes you can.
I would assume ,their fully operating
Water shoes or flip flops. The fridge is small and has the freezer part inside so things easily freeze when you don't want them too. Sanitizing wipes for the room and bathroom. Games to play in room, they have an arcade but most things were out of order(but still taking coins).
I know they did like five or so years ago and it's in there name on google so I was curious if they still did.
They have a calendar of events on their website which shows live musical entertainment. I hope that helps.
Our fitness center is located next to our outdoor pool in the Birchmont tavern building. Hours of operation are 6am-10pm.
They do allow dogs. But as one of the reviewer noted they have very stringent rules for pets. Also, the charges for pet are crazy. The websites states a fee of $40-50 for the pet. And you will think it is reasonable. But if you are bringing a pet along then you have to call them to book. They will then tell you that you can only be in one of their pet friendly rooms. Apparently, the price of those rooms are much higher (at least 35%) then their regular rooms. So, I saw a room available online at Red Jacket for $245 and with pet fee it should have costed me $285 + taxes. When I called them they mentioned that I can be only booked in a pet friendly room that started at $340 + pet fees + taxes - Total came out to be $400. In short they are going to charge you about $150 more per night for a dog and make it look like they only have a fee of $40. Also, the room we got was pretty dingy with dark & seemingly unclean carpets. I would not recommend this at all if you are bringing your pet.
No. No breakfast or complimentary coffee. They will make you pay for everything.
Alcove room had two queen beds downstairs and two twin upstairs and we put a twin air mattress upstairs between the twins.
Breakfast is a buffet style, a little on the pricey side. I think kids were a little cheaper than adults but I don't recall how much. All of the food was amazing, even a lady that makes custom omelettes!
Yes I think so, but you’ll have to look on their website
