If I could give this hotel negative stars I would! First I’d like to point out the rooms are DISGUSTING our room smelled like a moldy basement and cigarettes! Granted it was a smoking room that leads me into my next point. I made this reservation 2 months prior to this stay. The gentleman I spoke with. In the reservation department I specifically asked for a 1 bed non smoking room we got a 2 bed smoking room.There was blood stains and other stains all over. The bedding , the mattress smells of urine and to top it there was used dental floss stuck to the bathroom wall (we brought our own toiletries) the trash barrel was disgusting, The next problem was the keys would not work for the door I’d have to put everything and my daughter down. Just to finagle with the key to let my door open! I highly recommend not wasting your money here! By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed in

Positive: Staff very nice The bed was heavenly ,comfortable and the pillows had 2 choices pillow cases read "firm" and the other read soft nice touch. the hot breakfast had many choices to please all. location*great pool & hot tub were clean and maintained . Negative: there was no outlet to charge your phone or laptop so bring adapter!

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn many times and have always found it perfect for our family's needs. It's convenient to all our North Conway activities, the pool is usually warm and we love the little hot tub, and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. We also love the fact we can use the breakfast area in case we want to bring food to the hotel. This particular stay was over February vacation and the hotel was packed yet our room was perfectly quiet and I always find the bed so comfy! There are a few staff members that are really outstanding and their smiles and kindness keep me coming back! Certain aspects of the hotel certainly need some updating but we are a family looking to enjoy the pool, hot showers, warm smiles, the pancake machine, and the surrounding area so we are always very pleased!

Positive: The bed was very comfortable, the heat unit was easy to work, breakfast was nice and the hot tub was perfect!! Negative: There was a dirty bathmat behind the bathroom door and what looked like a dirty shoe print in the tub. It would be nice to have a USB port in the room rather than just outlets. The door was propped open at the front desk for a delivery during breakfast Â
