The location was close to everything that was about the only good thing about this hotel ... the door on the bathroom didn't lock, the door on the actual room didn't close unless you slammed the Door . The beds are so old I had the worst couple nights of sleep in my life. They sunk in the middle. We put are room service thing on the door knob to get our room cleaned and they never came for 3 nights but left a paper on the desk asking for a tip . The lady at the desk was rude .!i am very disappointed with this hotel!

We stayed here a few weeks ago. It was very clean and people at desk were helpful and friendly. The first night we stayed it was so quiet. We loved the place and will definitely be back!!!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights and the price changed ! We were told there would be breakfast and there was not .The next morning which was a Saturday morning, sure there was breakfast, but you had to buy it! We were understandindg that it would be payed for with the high price . When we went to check out , there was another room charge that was added to this high price room.Which was not explained to us. The bed was very uncomfortable as the bathroom to small , you had to close the door to be able to reach the toilet paper. The microwave was broken . Service man came to look at the machine and said yes it was broken!

The location of the property is great and extremely close to downtown North Conway. The staff are quite friendly and seem genuinely interested in making sure your stay is a good one. However, the condition of the room we had was AWFUL. There were damaged walls, a bathroom door with NO door knob which opened like a saloon door mounted on cafe-style hinges (Also, the door was trimmed down to fit the opening, possibly in the dark or by someone who is visually impaired, but it still stuck at the top), the TV didn't want to turn on or stay on, and the mattresses are wildly worn and uncomfortable. We have a 5-year old, so having a bathroom door you can't open with a handle is a HUGE issue when you need to check on her and the door hits her due to how small the bathroom is. The size of the bathroom isn't the real problem, but it becomes that when you can't open the door! We didn't venture anywhere else on the property other than the lobby and the room, so I can't speak to the condition of the rest of the building. I would absolutely not return here, based on how bad the room conditions were, nor could I ever recommend staying here to anyone else I know.
