It was the most unhygienic hotel we have ever stayed in. The carpet was not clean I found the bunch of hair pieces of chips and medicine capsule on the floor. Microwave was dirty, there was spilled food in it. Talking about bathroom the flush wasn't working fine. There were bugs. Indoor pool which was the good thing about this hotel but their own employees were sitting in hot tub like for almost hour 😳 and we guest were waiting for turn which we never gt. The good thing about this hotel was its location and indoor pool. It is very close to storyland and conway railroad and has many stores and restaurants close by.

Looks much nicer on the outside than inside. Rooms are outdated and dark. My kids stayed here and we visited twice. Hot tub doesn't work. Small indoor pool with minimal seating. as well Small outdoor pool and playground.

Absolutely Awful!!! This inn is very misleading. Good reviews and a newly redone exterior. The lobby is also beautiful with antique decor and fireplace. But our room was filthy and smelled of mold. Our patio door had a broken lock and trash was found on the patio when we arrived. The bed frame was stained with brown and red spots and the carpeting has not been cleaned in a long time. The tub had chipped paint and was also filthy. The indoor pool was so foggy and the walls had visible mold. I would NOT recommend!

While the staff was incredibly friendly, when we checked in we were given our room information and that's about it. There was no mention of the free breakfast the next morning or the indoor pool and hot tub, and with no directions to or mention of said pool or breakfast inside of the main lobby you might not have known either existed. Our room was dated and needed some minor cosmetic repairs, but overall very clean. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked extremely well (it was -6° outside and a toasty 68° consistently in our room). There were only room darkening shades on the large window, so if you needed to get changed your only options were standing on the cold bathroom floor or closing them and turning on the lights. Our view was unfortunately of a parking lot and the back of another building, but you could make out Mt. Washington in the distance beyond them. A weird thing we noticed about our view was that you could see clear into one of the windows in the lobby if you looked sharply right from our window. For the price, and ability to book only 1 night, I 100% recommend staying here. It's clean, comfortable, and well located with (what looks from their website to be) higher end amenities.
