It's a Home Depot...pretty much the same as every other Home Depot...you know - huge warehouse full of unlimited aisles of stuff, random customers scratching their heads searching for what they need, and nearly all employees on break.

I am consistently impressed with the quality of service I receive when I shop at a Home Depot. Unlike Lowe's, people are available to answer questions or help with purchases. Lumber is kept well stocked and is not warped or defective. Plants are often on clearance as seasons change. Happy with my recent purchase of blueberry bushes on sale as well as excellent service in the Rochester, NH store.

Ordered a counter through Home Depot. After paying in September and having a measurement done they came out to do the work. The counters have uneven edges that creates over a quarter inch gap, overhangs from 4 inches to .5 inches, They cut into my wall in an attempt to fix a incorrect template and were at my house until well after dinner. Refused to leave until I signed off on the job even though I had kids and a wife in the background. Refuses to communicate or do anything. Was told to sue them if I had a problem. Ok
