I bought a phone at this location about a month ago. I decided to exchange it for an iPhone 13 this past weekend. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by the same representative. Her name was Jillian and she was incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and very pleasant. There are some complications of moving 3.3 GB of text messages from an android over to an iPhone, not to mention all the photos and other files. Jillian persisted and was able to achieve the goal. Thank you so much to her and a few other staff members who assisted! Great service with a smile and solutions!

My husband and I went into the Verizon store about an hour before it closed and the only worker, Stephen, was extremely helpful. He was very understanding, clear and productive. He accommodated all of our needs and even helped us after 7:00 (when they close) so that we could finish the process. He had a great attitude and we would be glad to have the privilege of working with him again. Overall a great experience.
