The couch had a bunch of stains and the AC unit was very loud. Fortunately, there was a door that separated the living room and bedroom. That remedied the problem. The hotel looks modern, but the room didn’t look in good shape.

ADA Non-Compliant. The front desk and manager who refuses give his name were cruel to my mentally disabled husband. Over luggage cart, they say have a policy that you have to leave a DL. He didn't have one on him, just the room key. He couldn't understand why they were demanding. It was confusing for him. They couldn't produce a written policy. They won't give us our money back.!! If you have an ADA loved one, you may want to reconsider a different location who will not judge people who are different.

Not ADA friendly. Manager and staff showed careless disregard for my dad with a mental disability. He just needed a luggage cart and refused to give it to him despite us being checked in already and had a room key. If you have a mentally handicapped loved one in your life, never stay here. Holiday inn corporate educate your managers how to deal with people with disabilities. They’re paying customers too.

If it wasn't for the type of people hanging out near the hotel or the parking fees and small spaces for large vehicles, I would recommend and give 5 stars.

I stay at this hotel often. There is a lot of homeless population and they do hang around like by the McDonald's down the street. But I will say this they mean no threat I have walked up and down that street with my kids I have never had any issues. I have a 5-year-old little boy and a 3 year old little girl. And like I said we go for family walks there is a park close by. Not ones have I ever had a issue with the homeless population. They are actually some of the most friendliest people I have met in a very long time. Don't get me wrong you have your weirdos. LOL. I have kept my vehicle in the parking garage and I have not had any issues with any theft. I recommend this hotel
