I have used them for the past few years with no problems however this last visit was horrendous will not go into details right now I have written to corporate got an email back someone will get back with you .Nothing yet 10 days not corporate not the store therefore If I could I would rate them -5 stars I will wait a little and than add the problems I'm giving them a chance to contact me.

I have ben using them for the last 6 years or so. upon till the last 2 years its been good. Last year they messed up my eye script and it took over a month to fix the error. This year i was short on time and could not get a early appointment. The appointment i got was close to my work time. when i got there i asked if my insurance would cover every thing and was told they would be no cost out of pocket for me. Then i waited over and hour to see the doctor with no explanation. At the end as i was leaving with my new script the aid said i owed them 39 dollars for a test i never asked her to do. So I was charged even after i asked about payment before i started. I will now look for a different doctor .
