I lost my Medicaid card. I need a replacement card, to bring it to the doctors office. How do I get another card? I do know my account number on the card. Who do I contact? I don't have my card to call the number on the back of the card. How can I reach out to DSS? I need this card for my doctors office.

You should be able to call toll free and get all you need done by phone.

Is it you just don't have your cards misplaced or lost Or do you not have a ss number if you don't you need to get numbers for you both. If you misplaced or lost them you need to fill out form to replace them but should still be able to get benefits

well if you lost your card I believe you can go to this place to ask for a replacement. If you were taken off of food stamps then you will probably need to reapply. Of course I can't understand your question but I'm just guessing at what you maybe intended

Pretty much what everyone else said. You will always receive them on exact same day every month. 100% of the time. *UNLESS THERE IS A SPECIAL CASE* SPECIAL CASES INCLUDE - We recently had a "government shutdown" expected so they paid us our money on a different much earlier date, and some people where disappointed because it mean't they needed to be VERY CAREFUL not to over spend. AKA - they actually had to budget and pay attention, Oh my..... :-/ lol But as someone who has been on CT food stamps for quite a while, I can say without a doubt that except under RARE & ABNORMAL circumstances like the ones I mentioned. But I believe Obama had over paid everybody with a little bonus of some kind, at one point. They had ALSO given people who (normally) only had food stamps, cash one time. No. You can come to any one of the local regional offices to apply, or you can apply online. For interviews, you can go to an office to speak with a worker. Best to arrive first thing in the morning, prior to their opening at 8am.
