This is crazy I've been calling since Friday morning and calls don't go through at all it says they are busy assisting callers is that even possible

And when you get through you will be on hold for 2-3 hours! Making a phone call is an all day thing! Good luck!

So many of my calls have been dropped or never went through. If you're fed up with the phone call the best thing to do is to plan a 4-Hour day and physically walk into the Department of Social Services. Hopefully yours is in a phone interview but I do believe that they will take those too.
