I've been on hold for over an hour and a half now. Is this normal?

No it's not normal. Most of the people I know have been in hold for 2 and 1/2 hours.

Due to the high quality of phone calls that they receive daily it's always at least up 2 1/2 hours of wait on hold but once they pick up they're usually very efficient and quick and they will do whatever it is on their power to do to help you so it is worth to wait
