Pretty much what everyone else said. You will always receive them on exact same day every month. 100% of the time. *UNLESS THERE IS A SPECIAL CASE* SPECIAL CASES INCLUDE - We recently had a "government shutdown" expected so they paid us our money on a different much earlier date, and some people where disappointed because it mean't they needed to be VERY CAREFUL not to over spend. AKA - they actually had to budget and pay attention, Oh my..... :-/ lol But as someone who has been on CT food stamps for quite a while, I can say without a doubt that except under RARE & ABNORMAL circumstances like the ones I mentioned. It will always be on your day. (the 2nd for you) There were some other instances, but they were so long ago I cannot recall exactly what they were. But I believe Obama had over paid everybody with a little bonus of some kind, at one point. They had ALSO given people who (normally) only had food stamps, cash one time. I think it was $20 each if I remember correctly.
