How long does it take for them to update your information I have been waiting almost 2 weeks is this normal

Don't call because u will waiting long is better to go in person

They wait for the last min. And i believe that it is 45 days. Good luck. Give them a call, its the number that they gave you to check on the status.

Dept. of Social Services... Depending on what program you signed up for, if you did your application over phone? online? or snail mail..this process can take up to 2 to 3 to even 4 weeks if there was a holiday involved..your best bet, go down (unfortunately yes, its a pain it takes up some hours) but having an in person interview for the program you signed up for is your best bet.. with the above mentioned though count on 1 more week possibly.. and you can call as well to find out the status of your application you signed up for...
