We absolutely love this office! We personally see Dr E, but everyone we’ve seen has been amazing! They listen, take time to interact with our kids and just care! We make about a 30 minute drive because they are that great! Definitely recommend FSLR!

Received a call due to making a duplicate appointment. I was informed that my child already had an appointment and of the date and time. When I asked the scheduler about a letter she states that she CANNOT mail a reminder letter for my child due to her not being able to. This is absurd! You just told me over the phone of the date and time so how would mailing a letter be any different? Then I was told that I would need to contact medical records for the appointment letter. Never in my life have I heard that a doctor's office cannot mail out reminder letters. I do this on the daily in a similar setting! HOW? I had given them all of the information needed name, address, phone numbers, etc. How in the heck will my 12 yr old get to the drs office without 1. my consent, 2. transportation, 3. health card, etc. I swear that this pediatric company is misinformed, I will send her back to her other provider, of the SAME company that actually can handle minute tasks such as simple letter mailing.

Just found out today that my Kids, Isabella and Colton doctor, Dr Culler is moving on to another state but hands down Dr Culler has seen my two since they were infants and now they are 4 and almost 6. Dr Culler has been the absolute best, Bella, Colt nor I had to ever have any worries about this office. I almost teared up a little when he told us today. I cannot do so but if I ever had the ability, I’d follow Dr Cullers practice 🥰❤️ Good Luck and much success in your future Doctor

Every doctor here has been excellent. We've seen nearly every one. My son has been coming since birth and he's 15 now.
