Good place to go to the doctor if you don't have insurance

What is going on with this clinic? the positive reviews must be fake because there is nothing about caring, comprehensive, or compassion for the patients there during COVID. People still need medication and the nonchalant and disrespectful behavior they give patients is unacceptable. My mother has been going to this clinic for over 20 years and this year has been by far the worst treatment that she has had while being here. I understand most of the people working are volunteers but that doesn’t define why the poor service is given. Patients are lied to and told they did process there paperwork for medication and in reality it hasn’t even been sent in OVER 2 months. Why lie to patients ? Why dismiss how they are feeling physically and emotionally because it’s not convenient to you or lets be honest because you don’t care ? You don’t get paid for the services you decided to volunteer for?..how is that the patients fault ? How long does it take to send a fax to process paperwork for a patients medication? this clinic has gone downhill and people go because they are in need but I wouldn’t be surprised if they have multiple violations from people who are scared to complain about them. Do better or don’t provide services at all. This clinic is meant to serve the community and you walk into the healthcare field to HELP people not dismiss , lie and ignore and only treat them when it’s convenient to you.

Yes, there is a medicine dispensary on site for patients. You can get more information on qualifying to be a patient on the website. carectr.org
You can make an appointment by calling 336-723-7904
You have to be a patient to be seen. They have certain medicine for free if you are a patient
We do have dental care. But our clinic does not in any way have emergency care capabilities.
Surely yes. You should go to the Community Center and request a form for you to fill out with your personal information and your desire to be a patient of theirs and wait for their response, from which your chances are high to receive medical assistance.
I believe so
No, you need live in Forsyth county at least 3 months
Tuesdays are the only day they let people apply. And right now it's a pretty tight schedule.
Yes they do. All visits are free. They ask for donations. Most meds are free. If you want to become a patient call them. Hope this helps! Good luck
If there is but apparently they take a long time to give appointments
you become a patient, I'm a patient, to become a patient you can go in and ask for more information, they give you a pamphlet with all the documents you need to bring in, they have a website too
Donation based
Yes is it free.
Yes! From personal experience. You just have to bring all bills for 2 or 3 months and check stubs or w-2s.
Yes
No dentist on site. They could maybe refer you out but not sure
more than 1 health issue
Go get a pamphlet, make appointment for approval and make sure you bring all forms with you to the appointment.
This is a free clinic, but you would have to establish yourself as a patient, they have a pamphlet listing what income records and expense forms you would need to bring.
They are open M & Thursday. From 9:00 am till 5:00 pm
I would suggest that you contact the facility directly...
No. If you are eligible you have to make an appointment
