The office is nice and clean, the check in/out staff are very pleasant. The wait time was minimal ( and I was early) . The nurse was kind and caring. Dr Abou Zeid is excellent!!! I couldn’t ask for a better neurologist. She is very open to discuss any questions and help you address any issues you may be having. I would highly recommend this facility and Dr Abou Zeid to any MS patient.

I’m really surprised by all the negative reviews. I drive almost 2 hours to this clinic, because the drive is very worth it! Dr. Baute is a phenomenal doctor, and the staff are all very kind and welcoming. The front desk receptionist who checked me in today (I believe her nametag said Lachenda?) was very friendly and kind. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences here!

Worst experience in Healthcare I have had. I've had cancer, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have seen lots of hospitals and doctors. But the front office staff were the most rude human beings I have met. My special needs son was with me and they insisted that I leave him in the car. REALLY? I drove 2 hours to get there, took a ticket and waited 15 minutes to be called. Then we were told we were too late and refused to see me. If these ladies are the first person your patients see then bless their hearts.
