1st appointment was about a ankle.Wanted me to wear a brace. But a week later I have a infected toe my Kidney Specialist wanted me to see him immediately and the office took my information and promised he would call me right back.. next morning still hasn't called and can't get this office to answer the phone. Poor customer service. Waited 10 minutes both times waiting for someone to answer the phone

Dr. Mothershed was WONDERFUL with my special needs young adult daughter today! I didn't want to wait another minute before writing this review. Yes, the place was crazy busy, but seemed to move quickly. The nurses were all very kind and helpful as well. My main reason for writing this review is not about the office or other doctors. It is about Dr. Mothershed. He took time, showed patience, exhibited professionalism and personality (at the same time!), and handled the exam and procedure with gentleness and efficiency, explaining everything along the way and checking constantly to be sure my daughter was still doing OK. This is such a breath of fresh air in our current state of craziness in this world....to find compassion, concern, and caring. Thank you, Dr. Mothershed! You helped my daughter today, while helping mom feel comfortable about it all as well. :)

I saw Dr. Robb Mothershed after being admitted to Forsyth hospital. I had a swollen foot from an infection and it was bad. He did everything to save my toe/foot. I am so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. I am not out of the woods yet but a wk post op and it looks great and like a foot. His wonderful bedside manner made me feel comfortable and less frightened about having the surgery. UPDATE... My foot is perfect. He was able to save everything. I would definitely return to him for any and all my podiatry needs.
