I had a pretty discouraging experience with this place. I know that Rockingham just trying to encourage tourism so I wanted to post this here. As it is several hours drive to Rockingham,I called ahead because the website is not clear about whether kayaks are allowed on the Parks and recreation controlled ponds and lakes. I also inquired as to whether they would be available for rent because the website indicates that they might be. When I spoke with the person on the parks and rec switchboard they were very rude this experience stopped us from driving out of town to this location. This was quite an unfortunate experience.

This place totally discriminates I have been trying two years to enroll my son for camp and this year I even called on the same day as registration and they refused my son to join just becuase we are Indians they don’t want us to come to there summer camp
