Always a pleasant experience. Treated with respect. Prices are a bit high, but location is convenient.

Called for some help about kittens that I had found. Was told they did not have any openings for new animals. I told the lady I needed some advice because one had passed away. She replied with she could not help me because she had no idea about the animal. She did not help me with any alternatives on who to call or ideas on young kitten and things that might work when they are left without a mother Anything would’ve been helpful. Poor service.

Horrible service. They are a ANIMAL VET and they refused to help me or give me any advice when I called in help of abandoned kittens I found in my office warehouse. The kittens were in need of help and I asked just for advice if they couldn’t take them and they told me I was my problem. OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. Just save your money and go to North Davidson vet. You’ll have to wait but you’ll get WAY better service than here and it won’t cost you a arm and leg.
