I rented from Baldwin twice and I was sad when the house I lived in was being sold. With that being said Dorothy and Mindy were wonderful. I lived in eKrnersville for 5 months in 2009-2010 the house was beautiful and well kept, nice area. In 2013 I moved to another Baldwin Property southside Winston Salem, and it was a nice house and nice area. My needs were always met. Thanks Baldwin.

I live in a 4 unit building. There is a leak under the building that looks like it’s coming from the bathtub. I have put in a maintenance request. This was pointless as they don’t bother to even fix it. Never even sent anyone out. I put in another request screen door because it’s broken, the glass is about to fall out and the bottom metal piece will stick out and that sharp pointy end could seriously injure someone. That request was put in about April I think and nothing. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Even the emergency number doesn’t answer. So in conclusion; you don’t care about anything, as long as you get your money!!!?
