I would not recommend this company because they post a property for 825. When I called about paying a deposit all the sudden the price was 895. N. Spring St. is clearly listed on their website at 825, but the lady at the office added 70 dollars to the price. Bait and switch BS.

I had to break my lease 6 months in because I relocated out of state for work. I gave them a heads up I was breaking my lease and asked if the new tenant could take over my lease for the remaining 6 months. That was no issue at the time. I FOUND A NEW TENANT MYSELF, met with said tenant on my move out date (who was already approved prior to rent the apartment) and I went with the new tenant to the leasing office when I turned my keys in for them to sign their lease. The new tenant wasn't allowed to take over my lease and they forced them to sign a 1-year lease. The new tenant had no issues with the apartment when they saw it in person on my move out day. And it also says it in their lease agreement that the apartments are rented in "as is condition." This is a newly renovated property so there are no issues, no damages. It's just in historic WS so as you can imagine it's an older building. I lived alone and left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in, completely cleared out. I get my security deposit minus $647.03 for "painting" "cleaning" and lock changes for the apartment to "be put back on the market" (for a tenant that was already approved and ready to sign the lease.) I asked the property manager for before/after pictures of the work that was supposedly done outside of normal wear and tear and I have yet to receive them. I loved my apartment but I'm very disappointed with how they handled the move out.
