Been going here for 5 years for both BJJ and Muay Thai, and it's been the best new interest to keep me in shape. The gym is a real community and has everything from aspiring pro fighters to those like me that wants to get in shape and learn how to fight in the process. Everyone is welcome no matter what level you're at or there casually or serious training to reach goals. My kids also go there and love it.

My husband and son joined and I was so impressed watching for a month I joined too. I have zero experience and everyone is so willing to teach and help. It’s a great atmosphere!!!!!

Yes we have membership options for kids. We have a kids Muay Thai class for ages 5-10 on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15pm. The kids memberships are $119 a month. At 11 they can go to the adult class. Adult memberships are $149 a month.
