If I could rate them lower I would. The lease is predatory, and they will, unremorsefully, take every penny they can from you. Coming and going. The apartments were built in the 70's, they slapped sticky tiles on the floor and installed particle board countertops and claim its renovated. The whole complex is a fire hazard, and theres so much humidity in the apartments you can see your wall sweating. Imagine the mold behind them. 2 year tenant in 3 diffrent buildings after a fire forced us to to move buildings and no assistance from the community was offered

Run, when we lived there the management was the worst. One time pet fees turned into every month. Free cable turned into you have to pay for it even if you don't want it.

I moved in on August 29th, so in the 2 weeks I'm here I find the staff very pleasant and easy going. I needed a few things fixed and within 24 to 48 hrs of putting in a work order maintenance was there to fix what needed to be done. That is what I call quick work. Still in the middle of meeting other residents, it's very quiet here also which I like. Regardless that I'm only here 2 weeks if it continues to be like this I might be staying here for some time.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Some of our communities have dog wash stations, while others feature Bark Parks and other dog walking amenities. Please refer to the community page you’re interested in for a full list of pet amenities.
MAA is dedicated to the more efficient use of our natural resources. We employ smart irrigation practices at most of our communities. These include implementing weather-based control systems, low-flow irrigation devices and the use of reclaimed and well water. We also use drought-tolerant plant material in our landscaping that requires less water and incorporate hardscaping to reduce turf area. Our highest irrigation use properties undergo annual efficiency audits. Since 2012, we have saved almost 100 million gallons in our landscaping program as a result of our conservation efforts. Many of our communities install low-flow plumbing fixtures in our kitchens and baths and we monitor community water use throughout the year to spot opportunities for improvement.
