The busiest location in Buffalo according to employees. Large amount of UB students account for the influx. Each time I’ve had to visit it was packed.

No line, no effective communication or ticketing service of some sorts to speak with a representative. Went in and waited for like an hour. Later realised some people just walked in and went over to the representative when he gets free. Representative couldn’t care less to address people who’ve been waiting before. When I finally got my turn he tells me to call customer care. Nothing wrong with the store but be prepared to wait for long and potentially not get your issue resolved.

Not sure what you mean but if it's with respect to your payment, I would think that calling customer service would help to resolve the issue.
It would likely cost the amount that's past due on your bill... pay it.
