I came into the store after being alerted to a trade in deal. This store said I wasn't eligible. Best Buy used the same deal through Verizon to get me the phone that was offered. Prepare to get your time wasted.

I was having some difficulties with my Samsung phone and wanted to take a look at some options for replacing it in 2 months as my contract is almost up and the phone is tired. Just getting cursory information at this point, or so I thought. I stopped in on a whim and was served shortly by Jonathan, a specialist there. Talking with him was convenient and easy, and I felt heard as I was explaining my habits and how I use my phone. And though I had many questions and didn't know a lot about alternatives outside of Samsung, he was very patient and knowledgeable with helping educate me. He was able to go over the benefits and the positives of each brand and model that was on display, and he explained how one might fit my needs & situation better. All the way from tech specs to even abstract ideas and principles, he knew each inside and out. As someone that has come from an Android only ownership history myself and him someone that uses Apple products heavily in his personal life, he was able to articulate and even convince me that an iPhone may be the best fit for me. I plan to be back and look forward to purchasing a phone with this store & Jonathan specifically, and in the near future more accessories as well to make the most out of my new acquisition. I cannot stress how pleased and happy I was with the service I experienced.

Customer Service was beyond bad. Both reps though they were giving information, did not want to help. I was frustrated as Verizon Customer service gave me one answer and the people at the store gave me different including web site. However they may have still got my business if they tried to help with a positive attitude. They just treated me like they simply were punching clock for Verizon

Questions & Answers

How do I speak to a real person or absent whom works in that location? After 2 tries the automated system days "I'm sorry you're having trouble with that, Good bye". It is beyond frustrating.

Sorry I can't answer that maybe try customer service and explain what is happening and they will stay on the phone with you when they try the location you are trying to reach.

Can I return equipment here such as set top box?
