It's a nice place it has a pool & laundry room they have a soda machine & activities. Not sure as to what. I am in process of choosing a Mobile home park & I have not spoken to anyone or a manager I will up date my review after.

someone posted that a permanent trailer is $600 and a friend of mine has a travel trailer and I think its $500
My dad lives there and he pays 600 a month and his trailor home is stationary. Not sure if price is different for mobile travel trailer.
Yes it is a 55 or older community.
It is a quiet place with older folks in single wide mobile homes. There are also travel trailers and motor homes there for longer term. It's location is fairly convenient to much of the Sacramento area. We stayed there for 5 days recently in our trailer and it was fine!
Yes, spaces cost between four an 800 a month but that includes utilities and management is very friendly and responsive. Very nice park like environment with very nice people overall. Very secure and nice amenities. I'm picky but I enjoy the atmosphere. Hope that helps.
