There is a Creek behind the property and there are homeless camps down there. This property belongs to the apartments and they never do anything to remove the homeless .. It is not a safe situation for kids or residents. This morning they started down a fire n there. NOT SAFE

I would say living at Hidden Oaks Apartments was very peaceful. I would recommend you stay away from the person that goes by the name Gina she is the one that eavesdrops on people's conversations.I went to someone else to take care of my lease agreement when I was giving them a 30-day notice to move out back in 2019 of August. and she was like you have to come to me for your guy's lease agreement, In a very snooty and not very nice way. The neighbors were sometimes quiet. I'd have to say there are problems with roaches and spiders from what I remembered.

These apartments are 2.3 stars for a reason…ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.my fiancé, kids and I have lived here since 2018. this is our 2nd Unit we moved to because our 1st unit was out rages overly infested with cockroaches, every Thursday they have pest control to come out and spray the unit, let me add we have to remove everything from the counters, sinks, closets etc. and cover it with a sheet “this is what they recommend “and had this done three times. Nothing has worked so we were forced to move units because at the time I had a new baby coming,removing and putting Stuff back is hard work. As you can see the 3rd picture Shows you where the refrigerator is placed so after seeing roaches inside the refrigerator I’ve decided to move it myself to see if there was any activity behind there since this is where roaches love to be. As you can see behind the fridge isn’t that dirty yet here they are. I took time out to contact the office about the issue requesting to replace the infested refrigerator and all they could tell me was I have to remove everything out so they can come and spray. If I could write this review a -1000 I would. Being the fact that their method does not work.PROVEN facts. Especially if all 4 units aren’t being treated at the same time the problem it’s just gonna to continue..3 months left on lease and WE ARE OUT OF HERE!!!!

These apartments are not safe for families. Recently there was a home invasion with a neighbor but the owners of the apartments attempted to silence the neighbor and basically made it an apartment complex rule that we are no longer allowed to have a RING doorbell for our safety. Not only that but they do not do any repairs on time, it took us weeks to months to finally get our outlets fixed. There are better options for low income living, THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT SAFE.
