I was there last weekend. My wife's uncle has been living there for a few months, and he really likes the place. This property offers affordable living for seniors who are on a tight budget. The company that owns this property and several others is USA multifamily properties and the majority of their housing is affordable living which is either subsidized by the government, or through tax credits. The resident pays part of the rent and the rest is paid by government subsidy or tax credits. All of the USA properties are taken care of well, and are very beautiful. Some of the USA properties are affordable family complexes. New construction of properties is ongoing. There are some properties they have which are market rent, but the majority is affordable housing. If you need affordable housing, I urge you to go to usapropfund.com website to check for availability on one of their beautiful properties. They own properties in Nevada and they also have properties in the bay area and down into Southern California. I doubt you'll find anything better in your choice of affordable living properties.

I'm on the waiting list and I was sitting outside the office with my service dog Mr Murphy and it was a nice day sir enjoying the the sites around the property every tenant that I just talked to in passing loves this apartment complex and that made me more excited to getting apartment here. You have to expect me if someone says they like it here they're enjoying life here and that's very important to me
