The staff has been terrific and very friendly! The rooms are clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there is not enough seating for the breakfast area. My family of 5 had to bring our food back to our room to eat. It’s not a big deal but with 3 kids (ages 9, 8, & 6) it did make it a little difficult. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay!!

All I can say is, this is truly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Mrs. Felisha was incredible. One of the nicest lady's I've ever met. She belongs in customer service. Holiday inn better keep her around. She deserves a raise. Great stay !!

Very good service the people were friendly and helpful. The stay was last minute and they were able to get us in. Bed was comfortable and we were able to take hot showers. The comp breakfast was actually good also.

We took a trip to Waverly TN (the hotel is located in Buffalo TN) the night of Aug 20. No one could plan for the unfortunate events of Aug 21. (We were there to check on our farm and attend a family funeral.) Because of the outages everywhere, everyone had no Internet and /or sparse cell service, we all were unaware of road safety. I was grateful to see the manager come in Saturday AM to assist his staff, and make sure that the patrons were safe. He was welcoming travelers as they entered the hotel, and trying to get rooms set up quickly. The hotel itself was nice and clean, the breakfast was good and warm, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
