Our room was very clean. per our request front desk staff put everything inside. Friendly front desk staff. We will stay in this hotel as soon as possible, when we come here for another concert. Enjoyable experience. Excellent hotel location.

Entire place is amazing and feels so cozy and just good in general. Especially the rooms which are large and luxurious, loved this place. I couldn’t even describe how GOOD their were free breakfast Hot coffee available 24/7.

The room was dirty-dirty sheets and bedsing with hairs and stains of ALL manner. We found a large bag of McDonalds in the closet, wrappers and crackers on the floor. The management was kind and apologized and offered to reclean and/or move us, but the overall appearance of the hotel didn’t give us much hope that it would be better in a different room. We had a non smoking room, but the hallways smelled of cigarette and pot with butts of cigarettes littering the hallway. Couldn’t wait to get home and take a shower, since the bathroom tub and floor was dirty as well.

Only reason to give them a 1 star is because the beds are actually comfortable. However, you have to get pass the fact of how dirty it is. I can guarantee our room was not cleaned between guests. There was hair and pee behind the toilet, hair and shampoo scum in the shower, coffee stains and toothpaste in the sink, and our ice bucket had water and trash in it. The floors weren't vacuumed and there were stains on all the bedding. Some that could have been removed. There wasn't really anything for breakfast. For the money, it was a disappointment.
