when it comes to the phone...mattering on the time you call there may only be one person and if they are actively helping customers in front of them they wont be able to answer the phone....for example one person in electronics is helping someone with games or a phone set up and purchase or pulling a tv off the shelf....same for other departments the biggest reason for lack of answering is just that having to help multiple customers on their own. lack of hours given to workers so most of the time its one worker all day for one dept. through the store.

I can honestly vouch until you if we can't pick up the phone calls that means we're slammed with customers and 95% of the time we can't pick up the phone due to that. On the weekends Electronics is the worst apartment to call for simple question to be answered that's why we tried to refer everyone to walmart.com or the app

The layaway program is at your discretion, you just have to work through customer service. Most people like to use the program around Christmas so they layaway an item away a Black Friday price but the program is not exclusive to The Christmas season.

Well there's a five-year plan going out across all Walmarts in that time frame we will be going to self check-out all across the store except service areas and which from what I understand service areas can only check out service area items; we can't way or do wick based items as it would hinder availability of customer service in area.

Okay there's an actual policy and how Walmart does return if it is something that has or holds your personal information you have 14 days with receipt and no damage to return it if it's something like I television you have a 90-day return policy other things are subject to Walmart's discretion so for instance.... if you have a phone no receipt with water damage that would be a big no but if you just bought a phone and within 14 days you have a receipt there's no damage and the phone matches its serial number we can return it the only thing that I can guarantee you that will 1/2 decline half the time at the register for a return because they say that on the back of the card they're non-refundable

I work in the electronics department I would really appreciate it if you guys would stop coming to a Electronics to ask if we have batteries they have removed the batteries from Electronics. computer batteries can only be ordered online not in store and no we cannot help you.

That's actually untrue we don't take your name we just asked if you want the warranty or not there's literally a number on the receipt and we should have given you a pamphlet with all the instructions as to how to function the Walmart care protection plan nothing like that is handled in store beyond that

Depends on what they did. If it was illegal and you've got proof, call the police. If it was a minor infraction that was more insulting/annoying/rude than anything else, contact management. If it was management, contact corporate. And as always, you can voice complaints on social media and either tag the location/company or post it to their page. But I seriously doubt any of this will get you anywhere. Unless they were just blatantly racist or attacked you in some way, your best bet is to take a deep breath, assume it was just the employee having a bad day or some other circumstance out of your control, and move on with your life.

They do, but you need to call the bakery and order at least a day in advance. They also keep a little book at the bakery counter with different cake designs in it, that you can customize.
