Okay there's an actual policy and how Walmart does return if it is something that has or holds your personal information you have 14 days with receipt and no damage to return it if it's something like I television you have a 90-day return policy other things are subject to Walmart's discretion so for instance.... if you have a phone no receipt with water damage that would be a big no but if you just bought a phone and within 14 days you have a receipt there's no damage and the phone matches its serial number we can return it the only thing that I can guarantee you that will 1/2 decline half the time at the register for a return because they say that on the back of the card they're non-refundable
If you are returning in person have receipt and item. You'll want to go to the customer service/guest relations center and they will be able to handle the return, exchange, refund, and sometimes they will issue store credit. If returning via mail, then you will have to check Walmart.com and see what their procedure is for returns.
Go to return department.
