The layaway program is at your discretion, you just have to work through customer service. Most people like to use the program around Christmas so they layaway an item away a Black Friday price but the program is not exclusive to The Christmas season.
At this location roughly around the beginning of September to about mid-December I could not give you exact dates cuz they change every year
