Swimming isn't permitted, but people still do it. When the park rangers come you have to get out, but you can go back in when they leave. There aren't any lifeguards there so that's why you're not supposed to swim. It's mainly for boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
Sorry, not allowed. You need a boat permit to launch there as well
