Chicken and ribs combo is the way to go. Mashed potatoes with a good yellow gravy and Mac and cheese for the 2 sides. Come with a flat pita bread and sweet butter

Chicken is undercooked/grilled (raw meat), which makes it more dangerous. The manager has to learn how to deal with his customers.
