Took the pre-license course and I loved it. It was easy to follow and understand. I made flashcards as I went through the course. Between this course and attending a couple of Michelle Earley's webinars, I took the state exam yesterday and it was a breeze. Some questions I don't recall seeing in any material, but I would maybe 2-3 questions AT MOST, which just tells you how much of the actual exam this course covers. I purchased the bundle package, so I will also be completing the post-license course with this school. Worth every penny!

The course is super intuitive and very easy to navigate through. All the information you will go through will seem overwhelming BUT when you take the final test and see yourself flying through it youw ill be happy that the course was as detailed as it is. Pamela and her team have done a great job putting together all this literature and information for us. I definitely recommend her courses and books for anyone pursuing a career in real estate.

Hi, the state exam is through Pearsonvue.com They do have a testing center in Miami and throughout Florida. Check out their site.
Hi, our course is only in English. There are other schools that offer it in Spanish if you do an online search- you should find one.
It expires 120 days after yo uh purchase it.
Yes it includes the final exam. But After that you still have to go take the state exam!
Hi, Florida does not have a mutual agreement as of now with UTAH, so you will need a course. You could take a 63 hour course to come in as a sales associate. However, if you have had an "active" real estate license for two out of the previous 5 years; then you could take the 72 hour broker course skipping the sales associate level. Our courses are online. Here is more information about licensing: https://azuretide.school/how-to/get-licensed
Hi, I am finishing up the audio version now. I expect it to be available within 2 months: By May 2020.
