I would like to report this guy right here. Had us sitting in the drive through asking multiple times to get me cash and atm card back. He refused. I asked for a manager. He refused. I said just deposit the cash using my atm card, again he refused. Told me I need to just go to an atm. I’ve never had an issue depositing cash with just my atm card especially when I’m not getting a balance inquiry. Just simply wanted to deposit my cash and be on my way. To a bank I’ve been banking at for 7 years. Ridiculous. I left my id at home and honestly.. if someone wants to deposit cash in my account what’s the problem. If they were taking money out I would understand but this guy was impossible to deal with. He could of just sent my money back out so I could go to another branch near my house when I get my id. He was being combative from the beginning for no reason. They knew I couldn’t leave while they were holding my card and my money. It was the most ridiculous I’ve had to deal with for awhile and I will not be banking with Wellsfargo anymore.

I wish I could give zero stars... If you are currently looking for a bank then please look somewhere else if you value your sanity. I banked with them for ~10 years and every single time I had an issue or needed to work with someone there was always a problem and would take an incredibly long time to deal with it (expect to lose hours or afternoons). An example is if you have an auto finance through them, good luck trying to get to someone on the first try via phone. Apparently they have multiple auto loan departments and expect you to know which one to call. When you do get a hold of the right one expect to be treated like trash and not get done what needed done. Also at this time I can't believe they have not sent out chip cards to everyone. Do they even care about security? I doubt it. I moved to a different bank and have never been happier. If anyone reading this post knows where to post this review on the entire company and not just this branch please let me know so more people can be aware of this horrible, horrible company.

I went in to get cash out of my own bank account and was harassed about what I was going to do with it and asked more than once if it was tax money which it was not when I told the manager that it was to purchase a car she asked me server all times what kind of car the teller made me fill out withdrawal slip and sign and initial it I've never filled a slip out before he asked for my ID and ive never showed my ID before. The amount wasn't a big amount but regardless it was my money so either they were doing things wrong all the other times of this time either way was a terrible experience this time around
