Stood in line for 10 minutes to close account of deceased parent. To be told to call for an appointment. Left to call. Voice message said bankers cannot answer phone. Did this twice. Am disabled as well. It would appear there is no service at all.

The hours for the drive thru on the internet need to be updated. I busted my butt to get there by 7:30 this morning just to find a sign in the window that the drive thru doesn't open until 9 am. What kind of bank has drive thru hours that late? I was trying to deposit money in my sons account before work. No wonder why most people bank elsewhere. What about people who want to do some banking on the way to work? The drive thru at my credit union opens at 7:30 am, I will forever stay with my CU.

Call and make an appointment...I believe it is the only way to get to the lobby to talk with someone for now
Yes, they increased their schedule from Monday to Friday they close at 6:00 pm and Saturdays at 1:00 pm
If you want the benefits in your checking then use that number.
No they all close at 1:00pm
