This branch has been most fulfilling. They are always kind and sincere. Actually every branch that I have ever been to has done so accurately and accordingly within the allotted time given or volunteered!!! O would recommend this bank!!!

This is the second Saturday in the past two months that I have waited in line at the ATM to find out that you can't take any money out of it, and then had to go wait in line at the drive thru to get cash. They need to post a sign on the left side of the ATM when it is out of cash so people don't wait in line. Also why is an ATM at a bank out of cash on a Saturday morning?

Bad service. The lady had an attitude because she wasn’t answering my question, instead she just kept repeating what she told me before. I kept trying to ask what I needed to know, told her I was trying to figure out the problem and that she doesn’t need to get an attitude and she said it’s not their problem. I then asked to be transferred and she apparently couldn’t do that.

After your loan is approved and booked, you can access the funds in your checking account immediately. Funds deposited to your account after 8 p.m. CT will be available for withdrawal, but will not post to your account until the next business day.
