Misdiagnosis from the "doctor." She didn't even come within 5 feet of me. Didn't take any samples, etc. Maybe was in the room for 60 seconds tops. Absolutely pathetic. I took the medication she prescribed for 5 days before finally going to a real doctor. Which of course put me 5 days behind being healed and also caused my condition to greatly worsen. I will be telling anyone and everyone I know to NEVER go to that walk in clinic. The nurse assistant thought was very kind, talked to me for a few minutes, showed interest and compassion. Completely different than the "doctor."

I went late on a Friday. The physicians helped me, checked me all out, and even went above and beyond to check my symptoms. The reassurance I got from that experience really aided my ability to feel better. I urge you, if you go to this location, be patient with the staff, because they are very professional and very good. So, if your check up accidentally starts off on the wrong foot, know that you will still get very good treatment at this professional office. Thank you BayCare Employees.

The dr was really professional and at the same time empathetic which is often rare in the medical world. I expressed my concerns and he went out of his way to do something rare like help me get my surgeries sooner. The showing of concern is what I liked. He also relayed my long story back to me perfectly in one go so I felt like he really listened. I’ve been to urgent cares before but none of them were worth taking a survey. I never take the time to review places like this unless it is because of a negative experience but today I had such a great one at BayCare Urgent Care that I felt like I should share. I was a new patient and everything about the sign up, check-in and even payment process was so efficient and easy. You can sign up and pay right from your phone while in the waiting room. In addition, each person who was a part of my care team was thorough, knowledgeable and very nice. I didn't catch the name of the female nurse practitioner I saw, but she was awesome. Very glad I chose BayCare!
