Very weird service, disrespectful peoples and the manager he was treating us in a bad way. And we are so disappointed by their service I don't recommend to use this branch

I am a person who never complains and strive to see the best in others. I have my doctoral degree and have been working in customer service for years. But I have had two of the worst customer service experiences at this bank with the teller manager Janet Morales. I have already filed a corporate complaint but I want to save others from being treated poorly and wasting their time. 1. Two weeks ago I went to deposit a check. She stated that they check was not written out by the insurance company correctly and asked me to leave. I called customer service and a senior premier banker and they told me the check was correct so I was able to deposit it without a problem with the bank manager Juan . Although I was finally able to make the deposit, hours of time was wasted. 2.Today I went to this same bank. After being in the bank for over 20 minutes she began contradicting herself in order to deny service. The security guard (great customer service skills and kind) saw the entire interaction and called my dad over on his way out the door. She confirmed that Janet does not care about customers and to wait until Juan comes back to do service. I truly feel bad for her tellers. Juan is great, but sadly we should not have to wait for a particular person to do service since they can not be there everyday. We are so disappointed in the service and feel like there is no choice except to move all funds to a different institution. I hope I save you a trip.
