A family member passed away and I have letters of representation in this matter from the county court saying that I represent the deceased and can take care of personal accounts. They won't allow me to do anything without the death certificate which will not be available for an estimated 2 months. Meanwhile I have things I need to do to settle the estate and am hitting a brick wall from a large corporate entity with no personal recourse. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Most of the staff here is professional and friendly. Today, in the drive thru, I got one who made me feel pretty uncomfortable, and then he accidentally deposited my money into someone else’s checking account... I caught the error on my app, and went inside to clear it up. The girl behind the counter was very nice and she had the problem fixed within five minutes. I wish that hadn’t happened. It really makes me feel like I can’t trust my bank.

Always super slow. Only one teller who is the branch manager helping someone open an account. Waited 15 minutes and there was a 4 person line behind me. Also, if you overdraft once don’t go here. They will tell you it’s bit possible to waive the first overdraft but it is. The manger will say he’ll cut you a deal and let you pay half of the fee instead if the full amount. Go to another us bank or call another one. BS on their part.

I went to deposit a check and some cash at the ATM and it spit my card out and that was the end of the transaction. I received no receipt, and the people at the front desk told me to call the number on the back of my card. I have a huge sum of money unaccounted for and couldn't be any less happy with this branch. Do not bank here.

They have view-only access to accounts you designate, and as always, you maintain full control over data shared by your third party delegate in the My Controls tab in online banking.
If you revoke access by mistake or change your mind later, you can re-enable access by visiting the third-party website or app in which you previously shared your data.
Many third parties use service providers to assist in collecting your account information from various financial institutions.
