Worst costumer service I had ever seen and experienced as a former employee at FNBO. From the beginning lady in a window showed no greetings nor introduced herself. I understand that transaction might take some time but she walked away without saying anything and simply left me hanging at her window for a long period of time. I caught attention of a another employee to see what was going on but instead of explaining anything started talking back and arguing that I haven’t been there for that long. As a former employee I was very ashamed for FNBO to provide such poor customer service and disrespect towards his customers. At this point I will take my business somewhere else and encourage all other customers that i have helped to gain while I was working there to move somewhere they would feel valued and won’t be disrespected.

They have a small branch here, and it gets very busy at certain times. The lobby tellers do a stellar job of keeping up with the flow of customers. :)

Questions & Answers

So your sign says you close at 6pm, but I was not allowed in at 5:57. What is the actual time I have to arrive to still be able to get service?

I do not know, as I am a customer living in Sarpy County. Maybe try calling your branch bank tomorrow.
