Place is awful. Bank is terrible. If you bank here you are the definition of a mouth breather.

Recently, I was in line for the teller and a woman from the cubicles walks over and states ‘’we’ll be with everyone shortly’’ and “asks what I am here for today’’. I told her I was depositing a check written over to me and I showed her the check. She then tells me I couldn’t deposit a check that was written over to me, ‘pay to the order of’, as they changed that rule three years ago. The check was deposited just fine at another branch. The 24th st branch provides me the worst customer service repeatedly.

Worst service ever, I needed an authorized bank signature, not a notary. They told me to take a seat and a banker will come see me. They then tell me 45mins later they do not have a banker to help me and to try another location. I have work and was not able to do that. The person who was helping me the whole time said she was the bank manager. Do not recommend this location at all.

Came here because my local bank moved their safe boxes and this one is the closet to my house. They asked me to open an account with them which is fine. But they wanted me to make an appointment rven though I was already there and their representatives were not helping anyone. Asked me to wait til 4 to see if their current appointment show up. Then said it’s already 4 and they cannot help me because the process of opening a bank account and a safe box will take longer than an hour and they closing at 5. Which is pretty messed up considering at USBANK I can get both done within 30 minutes (which I have in the past). Terrible customer service, terrible bank. Will not come back again and never use or refer Wells Fargo to anyone. What a waste of time!
