Had an appointment set up for a week for 9am that was time sensitive. Received a voicemail (was on another call) at 8:45am on the day of the appointment that the time would not work for them and to call back to reschedule. I tried to call back several times, but the calls went straight to voicemail. I understand things happen, but this was handled poorly. Another branch was able to accommodate.

They claim wells fargo checks should instantly clear being deposited into a wells fargo account. Even through mobile banking, the check was under $600 from a multi-million dollar company. They can't cancel the mobile deposit yet magically there is a hold on my money for THREE F×CKING DAYS when I could've gone in and got my cash however with the poor service and limited tellers i cant waste my entire lunch break weekly. As a new customer, ill be closing my account out very quickly. As I have to wait 3 days to get paid what I'm owed. The company I work for, also does not have a hold on any of their payroll checks.

The Banker greeted me with “do you have an appointment “ with an annoying tone that I was a walk in customer. Let’s just say it went downhill from there. Awful experience all around, completely unprofessional and I will not be banking here any longer

I used to work for Wells Fargo and I genuinely like the company, BUT this specific branch is the only reason why I left. I was not getting treated right by a manager but when I brought it up to specific people, NOTHING was done. The specific people that I talked to either had her back and covered for her, or ended up telling me that we needed to "talk" about it. TALK ABOUT IT?!? REALLY?!? We did talk about it, and she DID NOT change. Sure, she put in a little effort for a few days after the talk but definitely back to normal after then. I do recommend working for this company but NOT for the 180th and Q branch unless you NEVER want to feel like you're good enough. So thank you for the PTSD and the need for counseling, 180th and Q!
