You have been warned!!!! So I came into town for a one night stay at this hotel. Woke up the next morning to my vehicle and multiple others in the parking lot on cinder blocks with their rims and tires stolen. Advised the hotel about the situation and they informed me that they do not cover vehicles on the premises for damages and I was pretty much out of luck . Spoke to corporate and they were unhelpful and let me know their insurance does not cover vehicles on the premises. With that being said I was left to pay for all related damages in addition to multiple night stays at the hotel. If possible choose other options for lodging in this area. Pictures are attached to back up my claims.

I stayed here for my travel nurse assignment for a month. Terrible service. Unfriendly staff. Nobody seems to want to do their job. When you go downstairs everyone is standing around laughing and joking like they are at a party. I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes before anyone even came out of the office behind the desk. If you request housekeeping they give you such a hard time. I was there for a month and I could barely get my room cleaned. The front desk always had an excuse or stated a policy about Covid. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and I’ve never had an issue with housekeeping all through the pandemic. I requested the corporate number and the front desk gave me the wrong number stating she “ thinks” that’s the number. It was a random local number. The morning staff at the bistro are rude. You ask a question they give you a snappy answer back. I will never stay here again. It was hard enough having to be away from home for a month but then having to deal with rude people and bad service.

We have stayed here many times for baseball tournaments. We love the convenience of being on the field. Since the first time we came, the hotel has really declined. It doesn’t appear that it is possible to keep up with repairs due to constant occupancy. Food and drink areas have very limited hours for such a busy place. It is VERY expensive and for the price, it should be better kept. You AC went out and had to be repaired 2 times in 2 nights. The tub and sink were slow going down. The staff is very nice and did respond quickly. I understand that a lot the issues are beyond the control of the staff. I just feel for the price, the hotel should be more maintained.

We were there for a baseball tournament. The fields are absolutely beautiful. Very convenient. The hotel needs a little bit of TLC and some maintenance. I understand we came at the end of a very busy season but during winter I would expect better cleanliness and some repair. Overall I would attend a baseball tournament here again.
