Front Desk staff Jennifer was EXCELLENT! She changed our room at check-in to be close to other guests as well as offer us a larger room. She was helpful and kind the entire stay. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent and it was great food and fun for a sports bar environment. The exterior of the hotel is in need of upgrades but the inside of the hotel has been renovated. We found everything clean. The only downside was the smoke odor. The 2nd floor has smoking rooms and the smell is throughout the hotel however, the 1st floor rooms did not have a strong smell in the room, but it was definitely present in the hallway. Not sure this can be avoided. Pool was clean and a great time for the kids. Everyone was laid back and overall, we had a great stay and an excellent rate.

We love Jennifer because of her our stay was amazing!! Including all the other staff! They were welcoming with our fur babies!

I was impressed with the service at travelodge with office clerk Alesha night as well as Faison daytime clerk too. I want to compliment the travelodge team. The only distraction was the smell of Mildred down some of hallways. The breakfast was not at all best to say at the least I can only pray that this travelodge has peace for those who disabilities to mak it easy for them.

I only give it a four because of the roach that crawled across the end table the morning after. It was a great stay otherwise. The front clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. If it wasn't for the bugs it would have been five stars for us.
