Spoken to a leasing agent today she sound pleasant but didnt ask for my information or offer any additional information about the property. I asked a few questions but because I felt Iike I was a nussisance I stopped. Not sure if I will be calling them back for availability.

Hey All....moved in my beautiful, model apt on Nov 1st! I love the space, the community, the office staff and my neighbors. I use the exercise room daily and can't wait for the weather to break to use the pool and walking trail. Maintenance is very prompt and efficient. Jennifer is AMAZING!! She walked me through my smooth move-in process with ease and patience! Very close to shopping, public transportation, restaurants and hotels for out-of-town guests. The only critique I have is: 1.) I was not made aware of a water/sewage fee when rent was quoted, 2.) there is not enough parking (I think parking should be enforced or assigned), 3.) some inconsiderate pet owners allow their pets to use the bathroom right outside of the external bldg door and 4.) my bldg door does not securely lock (it was told to me maintenance broke the door with replacement carpet but it has not been fixed since). Otherwise, I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for luxury living.

I honestly knew that applying would be a shot in the foot but because of good conversations and encouragement I applied. They could never pin point the exact qualifications in getting approved. Once applied my husband and I was IMMEDIATELY declined with NO explanation. I have amazing credit and his credit is good and has improved majorly. When I called back to speak to Jennifer to see what could be done or either side she was “busy”. I talked to her all day in filling out the application and she answered every time without a problem. I was given any information on the exact credit and background process. They use a residential score system and WILL NOT look further into the report if declined. So you will never have a property manager look into it. Decisions are MADE BY A MACHINE. If you don’t have an 850 credit score and make a lottttt of money a month then don’t bother. You will be denied without any reasoning and pushed to the side with a unsentimental email saying you’re declined without cause. I’m utterly DISGUSTED.
